A safe start in your daily shop operations

When you have the knowledge, everyday life becomes easier: processes run more smoothly, mistakes are reduced, and customers receive high-quality service. Attensi is your learning platform. It strengthens your skills and makes learning easy—just like a game. It’s fun and brings clarity. Alongside
your work, you’ll learn over five weeks, with short exercises each week. You learn at your own pace and can take breaks. This way, you’ll see progress quickly and
be prepared for everyday life in the store.

Take a few minutes now to sign up for Attensi. The steps are simple and won’t take long. You’ll see how easy and fun learning with Attensi is.

Open the camera on your smartphone and hold it over the QR code. Tap the link. The QR code takes you directly to the app download page. Alternatively, you can use the tablet in the store, which already has the app installed.

To log in, you must enter your 6-digit employee ID number.The default password for your first login is “EatHappy1234”. You can then set your own password.

To ensure you’re as prepared as possible for your tasks, you’ll go through a structured selection of topics. Each topic area in Attensi is a journey. These are designed to teach you all the essential knowledge and skills step by step—from the basics of the company to practical production processes. This helps you develop a solid understanding of your role and allows you to quickly find your way in your day-to-day work.

Welcome to EAT HAPPY

In this module, you’ll get an introduction to the company. You’ll learn about our values, our corporate culture, and how we work. The goal is to give you a clear understanding of what we stand for and how we work together.

2.

Compliance & Occupational Safety

This section covers all the key rules regarding occupational safety and proper conduct in the workplace. You will learn how to avoid risks, comply with regulations, and ensure a safe workplace.

3.

Quality Assurance

In this module, you will learn about compliance with our quality assurance guidelines. This includes topics such as personal hygiene, workplace hygiene, and work clothing, as well as the most important rules for a safe and clean work environment.

4.

System Knowledge

In this module, you’ll gain an overview of the technical systems and digital processes used in your day-to-day work. You’ll learn how these systems work and how they support you in your work.

5.

Shop knowledge

This module prepares you for working in a retail store. You will learn about daily routines, your responsibilities, and how to interact with customers and handle products, so that you can navigate the work environment with confidence and independence.

6.

Production Techniques

This module focuses on practical skills. It is divided into several submodules that teach you the most important techniques step by step:

  • Fruits & Vegetables  Proper Preparation, Cutting Techniques, and
    Hygienic Handling
  • Cooking Rice – Preparing sushi rice with attention to quality and consistency
  • Preparing Fish – Proper handling of fish and preparation for further processing
  • Rolling sushi – basic techniques for making various types of sushi
  • Thawing  – safe and high-quality methods for thawing
    ingredients

At the end of this document, you’ll find a detailed weekly checklist that shows you which modules in Attensi you should work on each week. This gives you a clear guide and allows you to plan your learning progress effectively.

Weekly Overview

With this weekly overview, we’d like to give you an idea of what topics you’ll be learning in the coming weeks.

Week 1

During your first week, you’ll get to know EAT HAPPY, your team, and the most important rules in the store. You’ll get an initial look at our systems, such as Tamigo, Happy Hub, and QMSpot. You’ll also learn the basics of quality assurance, including hygiene and handwashing, as well as workplace safety protocols. In another part of the training, we’ll introduce you to common types of fruits and vegetables as well as how to prepare and store rice.

In your second week, you’ll learn about additional systems. You’ll learn about the sushi calculator and the remaining fruits and vegetables. You’ll also receive instructions on how to roll maki and futomaki properly, as well as how to handle certain thawed ingredients.

Week 3

In your third week, you’ll learn more about food preparation and temperature control in the shop. You’ll learn how to properly prepare and slice salmon and tuna. We’ll also show you other types of sushi, such as California rolls and nigiri.
